With summer winding down and the first hints of fall in the air, enjoying a bonfire with friends and family sounds like the recipe for a perfect Saturday night. But truth be told, there’s only one thing that could make that night just a little bit sweeter. Cue the s’mores. 

Everyone’s favorite three-ingredient dessert is a classic, but there’s so many fun and delicious ways to dress up your s’mores night and we’ve got five recipes that we think you’ll love.  

1. Salted Caramel and Raspberry S’mores 

What you’ll need: 

  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • Salted caramel chocolate squares
  • Raspberry jam

How to assemble:

Spread raspberry jam onto two graham crackers and place salted caramel chocolate squares onto the jam and roast your s’more!

2. Elvis S’mores 

What you’ll need: 

  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • Peanut butter
  • One banana, sliced
  • Fried bacon strips

How to assemble:

Spread peanut butter onto two graham crackers and place a marshmallow on one of the graham crackers. Then top with a piece of bacon and a slice of banana and roast your s’more!

3. Chocolate Covered Pretzel S’mores

What you’ll need: 

  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate covered pretzels

How to assemble:

It’s as simple as placing a marshmallow and a chocolate covered pretzel between two graham crackers and roasting your s’more!

4. S’Moreos

What you’ll need: 

  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • Oreos
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate bar

How to assemble:

Spread peanut butter onto one side of a graham cracker and place an Oreo on top of the peanut butter. Repeat for second graham cracker. Then place a piece of the chocolate bar and and marshmallow between the graham cracker sandwich you just made, and roast your s’more!

5. Blackberry White Chocolate S’mores 

What you’ll need: 

  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • White chocolate
  • Dulce de leche sauce, warmed
  • Blackberries

How to assemble:

Place white chocolate, marshmallow and two blackberries between graham crackers. Roast your s’more and then dip into a bowl of warm Dulce de leche sauce.
